This gorgeous antique piece was made in 1936 by "The North American Bent Chair Co.". It comes with a lot of character and history.
This kitchen / dining cabinet was first restored to a brand new condition and was then refinished into this lovely Farmhouse piece. Corrugated glass in the center cabinet door was removed and replaced with painted steel mesh. The beautiful farmhouse look was applied using Salt wash.
The cabinet was painted in a Terracotta orange base and a combination of beige and brown tones were blended on top. Black handles and edges were added. The top was painted in white and a beautiful pattern was hand-painted to the table top to give a tiled look. The same pattern was added to the shelves and drawer inside the cabinet. The piece was then distressed to give a worn used look then sealed with clear and dark wax. The drawers were sealed with lacquer for extra protection.
This piece is large and spacious and makes a great kitchen or dining room cabinet. It comes with 3 drawers on the top and one large deep drawer at the bottom. The middle drawer has cutlery compartments. It has 3 large shelves that offer a lot of storage space and there are also hooks on the top shelf for hanging items.
This is a gorgeous one-of -a kind antique piece that is filled with character and definitely one to have!
